General Support Information
If you are considering making a monetary donation to She’arim, we thank you in advance.
Your generosity is appreciated and applauded. Your gift will go a long way in helping students achieve their potential and realize their dreams. The financial support from our alumni, parents and friends is a vital means of ensuring that current and future students will continue to enjoy all the wonderful benefits that She’arim College has to offer.
She'arim College of Jewish Studies for women depends on public support in order to provide our quality education. We believe that student tuition should cover the bulk of the costs; however we are aware that many, if not most, of our students cannot afford to pay the full costs. As such, your gift can help supplement tuition fees to make the educational experience of our students possible, as well as supporting the ongoing financial needs of the College.
There are several different designations that you can make for your donation.
1. Student support
You can designate you contribution to assist students in meeting their tuition, dormitory and other costs.
2. General operation donation
She’arim College sets the academic tuition and various fees in line with the typical policies of Colleges and Universities, basing these fees on what we believe is a fair price given the market considerations. The funds collected from tuition do not cover the full operating costs. You may chose to designate your contribution to cover these general costs.
3. Scholarship and dedication programs
She’arim has a variety major tuition scholarships, and physical dedication opportunities. These can be one time donations, bequests, or annual donations.
4. Special program /projects
You may want to designate your donation for one of our special programs,
You may wish to sponsor a day of learning, dedicate a classroom, name a program, contribute to the kalla fund, etc.
