She’arim houses students in apartments located within a 5-15 minute walk from the school. Each apartment houses six to eight students with no more than two students to a bedroom.
The apartments are functionally furnished and have a dairy only kitchen (including cooking utensils) and a washing machine. Age limit for the apartments is thirty years of age.
The monthly apartment fee is $350 which includes all utilities except telephone.
We provide married students and more mature students, as well as those not wishing to live in our student housing, with apartment lists in order to assist them in finding appropriate housing.
Living in an apartment building - not a dorm building - enables our students to experience life as Israelis do. Neighbors are often welcoming and you may get to know families and be included in their lives. Watch out - they may even invite you in for leftovers!
