"There is nothing new under the sun" (Koheles 1:9) – so says the wisest of all men, King Shlomo. At She'arim, not only

do we teach these words, but we are constantly witnessing them. Yes, many things have changed, and we want to share some of them with you.  However, even with all the changes, the thirst for Torah remains. At She'arim, and with your help, we continue to teach, to guide, and to empower women to find themselves within their heritage.

They come with their laptops, iPods, and Blackberries. They facebook each other (and the rest of the world!), they text message, BBM, and Twitter...but their quest for Torah, their curiosity and their excitement at finding Truth is palpable.

Nothing has changed – their hunger is "… a famine in the land, not a famine for bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the word of Hashem” (Amos 8:11)
