She'arim Application Form

Checklist for applying to She'arim

1. Complete the application form below, and submit it to She'arim via the web site,  email - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ,  fax-  972-2-651-8370 , or mailed to She'arim.
2. Two letters of recommendation. These should be sent directly by the person making the recommendation. They can can be sent by email , fax, or mail to She’arim as above.
3. A passport picture scanned or mailed to She'arim
4. A $25 application fee.

We need all of the above to process your application.

Application form:

This application form may be emailed or faxed, however it will not be processed before receiving the $25 application fee. You may pay the fee by sending  a check to She'arim at PO Box 34629, Jerusalem, Israel, by sending your credit card information by fax or email (please send in two messages), or through the Pay Pal secure website option:

Please allow at least one to two weeks for the application to be processed.

After receiving official acceptance letter

Please send in your flight details including airline, flight number, date and time of arrival.  After we receive this information, we will send you a dorm assignment.  To guarantee a place in one of our dorms please make a $100 dorm deposit here.
